I prefer the vanilla menu and loading screens to the NotR menu and loading screens. Is there a practical way to reset to the vanilla ones after NotR has been installed?

There is a mod that turns Notr in the original game without uninstalling Notr, I can't give you a link atm though.

maybe go ask in the modding section
it certainly has been done in many mods (changing the loading screens that is)
