Hello. I have a problem. After i talk with Daranis i can start the Statues of Innos quest. But after i take the first statue from the table it doesn't count. It still shows me 0/30. This is how is supposed to be? And is this quest vital for the rest of the game?

Answer to the last question is no, but you'll get something very nice if you can get them all.
