I have got 3 of the 5 glowing blue orbs to open the combination for the Master door, but in one room whenever i press the 3 switches, shadow warriors appear. I think i have been in every room but i only activated 3 of the 5 switches.

Here is the order for pressing the switches in each room (the hero faces the huge door in the main hall):

- For the top right room it is: Middle - Left - Right
- For the down right room it is: Left - Middle - Right
- For the top left room it is: Left - Middle - Right
- And in the down left room is only one switch

I think the switch activating by the switches in the top right room is the missing one. Do you have also try to press them in the aforementioned order?

After having 4 switches in the main hall, you activate the 5th switch by pressing the 4 other switches.
