I play LoL daily but the community in that game drives me nuts, especially in ranked matches (which is the only kind I play nowadays) in every single game there is at least one troll fucking everything up and since it's such a heavy team based game, it ruins the whole match. A pity really, it's a great game and I especially love playing Yorick and Fizz.

I finished Gray Matter yesterday, one of the best adventure games I've played, an excellent mix of SciFi and supernatural elements.

Now moving on to the Black Mirror series(three in total), I had played a 'lil bit of Black Mirror 2 and loved it but didn't want to continue it until I have finished the first one, since they are related.

Switching to board games after not having played them for years. Long game, this one. Took us three hours this time around, and it's not even close to the longest session. The aim of the game is to beat the awakening evil Old One through one of a few means, whilst avoiding roaming monsters and trying to keep the town from being overrun. It's usually a game that is tricky to start with and becomes impossible after a few turns, and only the cleverest of planning measured with luck can tide you through. This time around, luck was with us and we managed to defeat the awakened Old One in combat.

@Mike: Yup sadly that's true for most online games out there.

But I play with friends so it isn't that big a deal, at least we don't fuck up our team. And we don't play ranked games as far as I know, though I can't be sure

Favorite chars are Rammus and Malzahar. I pretty much suck with everything else.

Oh and I forgot my higher level acc, I can't remember the pass neither the e-mail -.- oh well shit happens, whatever, nothing I can do about it now.

Disheartened by my pathetic failure in G1 HC (and not feeling like grinding through the opening motions again straight afterwards), I decided to play MoO again, with the goal to win on the hardest difficulty. I started at Average, and completed it after quite a few tries with lots of humiliating defeats. Won on Hard by Council Vote without a single war or space combat on the fifth try or so. Now I'm on Impossible, my first try and, incredibly enough, though I'm definitely the underdog in all aspects (size, productivity, wealth, tech and fleet), I've survived for very long and actually managed to keep my core planets under control despite several wars with far superior races; I've only lost a few fringe planets, but playing as an aggressively expansionist Silicoid, I was expecting that. But I have no illusions about how the game will turn out: either someone will decimate my planets, or someone else than me will be elected president.

Awesome game. Definitely the equal of Civ2.

DBTS is a rare game, as it utilizes VSIM for the player to make their own custom moves!

And it's pretty damn funny either when you get slapped around by a Goblorg, or if you rip some poor 'orc's' arms off, then finish the poor bloak by tossing him into lava. Although the orcs from DBTS look like pigs.

The thing i really liked about HoI3 was that i could demolish everybody as Estonia if you had the skill.

Ah there was a game similar to Hearts of Iron, Europa Universalis, that I could never get into it because of its very steep learning curve. Last few times I tried it I could not get myself to understand the game mechanics, which is a shame considering it looks like a lot of fun to play once you know how.

I have played Europa Universalis too. I played as Sicily and owned everybody in North Africa. I used to be very good in grand strategy games.
