There is a patch for the German version of the game, I'm not sure if it's also available in English. Ask for that in the G2 Help please

YO YO YO, i've found a decorated chest above the shadowbeast with the stone in it's stomach. And it's says that i need the key. Where i can find it?

The key is in another chest, which key is in another chest, which key is in another chest ... the start is at one of the islands south of Varant.

It is possible. There is no condition for this quest. Only community patch 1.7x.

So guys i just finished all quests in all cityes of Myrtana even in all 3 camps of rebels and now i am in so a big dilema .... I mean where should i go ... Nordmar or Varant .... I preffer Nordmar sincerlly but there are a lot of quest connected to Varant ....

There are some monsters at each chest ... big monsters ... much monsters ... depends on the chest. It's not impossible to meet them unskilled but also not easy.

The main quest says "Find Xardas!" - so follow the hints you collect in Myrtana and look for him in Nordmar. He will send you to Varant. And you don't have to complete all the quests in Nordmar. Visit the Wolf's Clans and Xardas, that should be enough for the moment.

Found the starter:

edit: what's the ACTUAL starter? I mean, do I get the book out of the chest? I think I already started it, but...

The book is the quest starter, you have to do a double click on it to activate the quest. The things which happen when you open the chest aren't the starter.
