You have to learn the perk Taking Teeth, claws, and horns. Then you can get them from minecrawlers.
But not from them, which you have killed, bevor learing this perk.

No, after you have learned this perk, you can get the pincers.
But only from minecrawlers, you have not killed before learning this perk.

So after learning the perk you have to look for living minecrawlers, kill them and get there pincers.

Yes, this is done because of people who don't learn the perk can still finish the quest.

Off-topic. i've reinstalled the game and applied CP 1.74, QP and CM. But when i'm playing , the lines that are new are not heardable, meaning there is no voice "reading" those lines. Any clues?

It is absolutely normal because all QP dialogues have German speeches only. CM dialogues from "Consequences" mod doesn't have any speech support. Therefore if you want to play with these mods then you MUST enable subtitles.
