Usually when you boot your computer, you should see what startup options you have before Windows starts to load; one of the function keys should bring up a list of startup options, from which you select Safe Mode (you shouldn't need safe mode with networking). Safe Mode loads Windows with basically minimal functionality, e.g. additional programs loaded on startup should not load. You should then be able to uninstall 'em.
