the text can appear when you are in the marvin mode an pressed Ctrl+W (or S i think) normaly that means sneak forward but in marvin mode it displays engine informations.

if that is the source of your problem it shoud disapear if you press Ctrl+W (or S) agan.

Did you play around with marvin mode, by chance? ;-). Anyways, to fix it, replace

DisplayModules=true

with

DisplayModules=false

in [Gothic III]\Ini\debug.ini

I've got no idea how it happened though, haven't played with marvin at all
