Everytime I quicksave in Gothic 3 and Gothic 3 Forsaken Gods, the day/night cycle starts accelerating real fast. If I quicksave again it goes back to normal time passage except that a day or so has passed. Wasn't doing this at the start of each game, started happening a couple of hours into game. I am running a intel duo core 6600, a nvidia gt8800 and windows XP with SP3. I tried the Amd dual core synchonizer with no luck...any ideas of what I could try would be greatly appreciated......otherwise I geuss I'm stuck using normal saves and no quicksaves.

§welcome!

Got big fingers? ;) ... I guess you have the testmode (marvin- /cheat - mode) activated?! The faster day/night-circles are connected to F6, ... so solutions (IF i guessed right that is):
- Hit F5 more precisly, or
- Hit F6 if you run into that problem, or
- Deactivate Testmode (in the file ge3.ini - in it search for "testmode" and set it to "false")

Or even better: only keep marvin mode on when actually using it.
I've had far more problems in Gothic 3 because of it than I ever had in Gothic 1/2.
