no .exe file?

well i bought the game from steam and for some reason i keep download the game without the .exe file and because of that i cant download the game fully. the download suspends around 30ish%.

i was wondering how i could get the .exe file

So you can't restart the whole download?

no i can restart the download and i have several times. but everytime i download the game the game is downloaded without the grotesquetactics.exe file. which is weird. i sent a email for technical support for steampowered but havent received any words from them yet.
