Kalan's steel hammer & shadowbeast

where do i find kalan's steel hammer ? he says it is near at him in a bush but i cant find it. where can i find a shadowbeast for the quest "approval from the smelters" ?

You should search for Kalan's hammer in the bushes nearby from a stub. For example, I couldn't find it at once too.

You meant a quest of Pedar in which he asks to bring a shadowbeast horn? In the G3 world it is enough shadowbeasts, and Pedar will take any horn of this animal. For example, I saw one shadowbeast on the hill nearby from Vibald's hut.

I suppose you have teleports all around the world, shadowbeasts are on many places. use them.

Additionally here's a screenshot with the hammer (http://www.worldofgothic.de/misc/g3_kalans_hammer.jpg). Unfortunately it's in German, but most of the names are quite similar to English. "Feuerclan" means "Fire Clan" for example.
