Ornaments, no map, no dialogue options pls help!

I am playing NOTR and I am in search of the ornaments. I am in chapter 2.

Whe i activate the three switches near lobarts farm all i get is a small earthquake and a notation in my diary of the earthquake
What is going on here?? I talked to lobart and cavalorn and they say nothing about an ornament

I have talked to Lothar and cant remember any mention of an ornament
Anyway i go to Lord Hagen and still no option of in the dialogue of the ornament.

HOWEVER, coming to think of it i talked to Cavalorn and if i rember i got something to give Lares or Vatras i think and Lares he said he would take it to the water mages...i cant remember what it was??

I activated and got the ornaments from the stone rings in the forest and by sekobs farm. Howeve i never got and option in the dialogue while talking to Lares for him to help me before i went.

I am wondering if Saturas is the problem!
I joined the ring of water and got the letter form Vatras to go to Saturas.
I am not sure if he took it though. I have run out of dialogue options in speaking to him except to teach me magick to which he keeps telling me no.
When I spoke to him I had on both my ring of water armour and my aquamarine ring

I have no dialogue options left with the water mage studying the portal.
When i try the activation thingy to the right of the portal i get a message saying that i dont have the right item

SO! I got two ornaments and need two more

First welcome.

Second. Normal u should meet cavalorn at lobarts stone circle. After u talked with him u activate the buttons and there is just an eatherquake. Than u have to talk again with Cavalorn who say to u that Lord Hagen has the piece. If u go to him he should give it to u.
But if u r sure that it don't work (and it sounds like it wouldn't) u discovered a new bug.
Shall I search the insert code for the missing piece?

I believe it was a ring... Or a stone plate...

But if u r sure that it don't work (and it sounds like it wouldn't) u discovered a new bug.That's no new bug, it seems to be the good old Lares-bug.

@Tribune: You don't have the quest from Nefarius to search for the ornaments, and thats the reason why there is no option to get the one from Lord Hagen. You have to bring the first ornament (which you gave to Lares, i suppose) to Saturas, then you will get the quest from Nefarius. If Lares doesn't go to the watermages with you, you've got the Lares-bug. To get rid of this bug, you can install the inofficial script-patch (http://www.worldofgothic.de/dl/index.php?go=downloads&file_id=111), or you can type b lares b to insert the ornament and give it to Saturas..

Well I went to the old world and now i am in chapter 3

How exactly do I type in the cheats codes or where exactly do I type in the b lares b ?

If I use cheats to get the ring or its parts will it screw up my game later on? But thinking of it I really dont have much of a choice do I!

The inofficial script patch is in german and when I try to install it I get a message about 2.6 or something like that.

than MARVIN
b again.
than open console with F2.
and type insert xy.
Than u can deactivate marvine mode typing 42.

I hope that there r no other effects.

The b lares b code worked!
That is pretty strange though, a bit of text in german came up on the top left of the screen and I had the ornament.

The cheat codes wernt working though, I kept getting a message that ornament was not a recognized command.
