Problems installing NoTR

After a while of playing morrowind I wanna go back to gothic since its the best game ever. Last time I played I installed everything without problems.
Gothic is now installed, but having problems installing night of the raven addon. I have the german version. I´ve tried everything I can find on the forum but nothing works. I´ve tried rpgdot.coms solution too. Nothing works.
Asks for the cd over and over again and I got the latest cd drives and all.
Someone wrote somewhere before that all you needed to do to change the uk or us version to the right one. Dont remember if it worked with uk or us version or not. But one or the other. Tried to find that post, of no avail.
Anyone that knows what Im talking about? Since that seems to be the only thing working on my computer. Grateful for any help.

So ur actual problem is that there is an error that u shall insert the original disc but u have already do that?

If you have a english gothic 2 version, then i doubt that you can install the german GDNDR. Well I got the Spanish verison of gothic 2, i might give it a try this evening, to see if it works with my german addon. I ll send you a PM

Have you tryed to:
(install from the cd-rom) download:

- gothic2-addon-setup.zip (http://forum.worldofplayers.de/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=1201) and unzip somewhere

- Start the "Gothic2-Setup.bat" and follow the directions

Okay guys, i tried to install night of raven (german version) with my Spanish version of gothic2. Well i doenst work, cause night of raven simply doest find an installed german version :cool: . This proves that you can only install both, the addon and full game, if they have the same language version.
By the way, is "The night of Raven" available to buy or are they still working on the language update?

Yes u have to modify ur installed Gothic II so that night of the raven think it is the German one. Instructions (http://www.worldofgothic.com/gothic2/?go=addoninstall).
All available Gothic versions In know: here (http://worldofgothic.com/?go=newshop).Spanish Night of the Raven should have been released this summer - I don't know why but it wasn't.
