What do you think about this games?

Francly speaking don't like war games. Maybe just strategies, but war shooters i don't like and i don't play them :D

I´ve played MoH, but i don´t really liked it at all, it was more to enjoy a good grafic-engine than to enjoy shooting.
I don´t like shooters.

Mohaa and call of duty are just good solid entertaiment, nothing more.However the best WW2 game i've played is "hidden and dangerous".Those guys from illusion software have really taken much more realistic aproach for the word war II -theme. You can't just go in guns blazing without any plan.

In addition while in MOHAA you have to do things certain way and order to proceed in the game, in H&D the gameplay is far more openended.The gameplay doesn't rely that heavily on scripted scenes like in mohaa, the ai is dynamic and doesn't allways follow certain pattern.Also there are multiple ways how to proceed and attack. Or if your good enough, just ignore the enemies all together and use stealth.Or let them come to you and set an ambush for them etc.

Naturally you have certain objectives like "blow the enemy fuel tanks", but how you decide to accomplish the tasks, is up to you.

I really recommand trying H&D and H&D2.Both are some truly excellent games.

I did not played Call of Duty, nor Medal of Homour, I wanted to try them out, but did not had the occasion.If I will put my hands on them and play them, then I'll post my opinion.

a war game I enjoyed(not shooter), was Commandos.I played it alot.I like that you have to repeat a mission alot of times in order to solve it...:)

I don't like shoters, rts,rtt(except Commandos, it was a nice game imo), strategies,etc. The only kind of games i play are rpg.
about the topic : Medal of Honor i didn't played, Call of Duty i didn't play.

I played call of duty but i didnt like it that much, actually shooting games are boring to me. I love strategies, RPGs and Frps.

I played MOHAA with add-on Spearhead and Breakthru,COD and now I'am playing CODII.I like playing WWII FPS but not as much as RPG-s.Concerning WWII RTS didn't played much but I think that Compani of Heroes from Relic will be very good game.

I love Day of Defeat, Enemy Territory and WWIIonline(MMO"RPG").
DoD is just cool, Private Ryan/Enemy at the Gates inetractive:
Enemy Territory is just a cool team shooter. I played it together with my father and brother online.
And WWIIonline is amazing. U feel war. Cologne to England map 1:2. Battleships, tanks, planes, infantery just awesome.

I sometimes play ET, but it gets me angry often, because there are so many pro's there. :D. And Call Of Duty 2 was very good. Other's I don't like.

I played ET form thr first second and me and my family we were pro's^^. My father has been kicked serverel times cause the guys said that they want to have fun and that he is just to good. My brother was kicked coz they thaught that he is a cheater^^.

i played Call of Duty, the game is not so good but i liked it, i saw MOHAA too, but i think it's some kind similar with Call of Duty, anyway i'm not such a big fan of shooters, but i play them from time to time :D

-My father is sth like a berserc. He is most time a medic and if he jumps into a room with 6 allies - I don't know how he can do that - but he is the only one who will leave the room^^.
- My brother can do that to but he like to be a covert op. He is sneaking through teh enemy lines and sometimes the match is over after 5 minutes^^.
- I am a good fighter with mp40 too but I love the mg42, as soldier or tank MG. I kill them all *g*. And as sniper I rn't bad too.

i played Call of Duty and I loved it :D .Now I wait for the ocasion to get my hands on Call of Duty 2.About MOHAA i played it about an hour and I diden't like it verry much.

-Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault
-Call of Duty and add-on
-Call of Duty 2
-Return to Castle Wolfenstein

WW2 shooters that I played and hated:

WW2 RTS's that I played and enjoyed:

-Commandos 2
-Commandos 3

I love WW2 shooters because of the feeling of "being there" that the game shows you.

Many Germans play them too but many wouldn't be unhappy if there would came a game where u can be part of the German site. I prefer to play the Germans too not cause I am German but the black clothes, the steel helmet, k98 and mg42 r just cool. Browining or Thompsen.. bähh.. I want a Mp40, Luger or Stg44:cool: .

Yes...Germans are so cool. Just think of Call of Duty with german campain against russians, americans and english. Not just the glory days but also the bitter defeats [sorry german folks]. Just imagine riding on a King Tiger rather than a puni Sherman or instead of a Thompson [wich is a weak weapon IMO] haveing in hands a Stg44 or MP40 as Sowilo said.

Maby there is one game developer alreadi makeing this game. Who knows...

Now that seems very interesting. I love games with not-so-great fraphics and cool gameplay (such as Soldat). Would you know anything about hardware requirements of this game? I'm donwloading it atm. Seems really interesting.

if u PC can download it it should run^^. Without a free trial u can't play online. Without an account u can "only" test ist aloen at a "demo-island". There is a other island with flak in teh near so u can test flying (joystick needed). Without u can only play as an infantery.

So, the only way to play it normally is, to BUY it?? :( Aren't there any OTHER ways?

Edit: I just created an account. And it asks for CD-Key/Activation Code. And to get it, you need to buy it?

Yes u need. But there is an other way. There is a free code which works 14 days in 6 month. A free trial for 2 week. This trials will be announced. I took part at 3 trials and it was everytime fantastic.
I got a mail that someone registrated his and said that the game was recommended by me. If he needs help I will give him hints :).

edit: and u can play offline. Alone at one island - without an account.

Call of Duty II is the best WWII shoter.I'am curently playing CODII and I realy enjoy its like you are in there in the fight on the battlefield.Here is some of my screenshots:

Yes Call of Duty series rocks. Bought it and finished all PC Call of Duty games.

But think of a Call of Duty (and by this I mean all the characteristics of CoD) but with a german campaign (well english speaking germans or at least english subtitles - I think the latter is best).

Advantages of a german campaign:

- New maps (never presented in a WWII shooter game) like Poland, Sweeden, Denmark, Norway, Belgium (well there was a mision like this in MoHAA Spearhead but not too much), Holland, Grece, Chehoslovakia, Romania, Moldova, Hungary, some balcan states (Albania, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Macedonia) and Turkey.
I think these are all of them.
- New voice acting (remember how great was the mission in MoHAA when you entered as an oficer in the submarine base?)
- New troops (polish troops, belgian troops, dutch troops, norsk troops, romanian troops, dansk troops, and all of the countries I mentioned above)
- New weapons (from all of the new nations portraied)
- New vehicles (from all of the new nations portraied)
- A chance to see "The Fall of Berlin" from another perspective
- A chance to see the greathness and downfall of the Third Reich

Doesn't any game developer have in mind such a game? §gnah §gnah §gnah

Yes for us gamers that would be great but then politicians and public would say hey thats forbiden you cant be german soldier reviving Hitler and that sort of things...

Why not. It's historycal truth. Hitler can't hurt anyone: he's dead. My opinion on the subject is that it's discrimination. Have you read Sven Hassel's books? [BTW he really fought in WW2?] When I read those I imagined those missions in MoH AA and they looked great.

I'm sick and tired of fighting with the americans (sorry yanks :p ]. Well the brits and russians haven't been so widly used as the americans so I guess they will work.

But what about the french, german, italian and even romanian. Didn't they fought in the war to? Shouldn't we respect them to?

Picture a mission like this: You are a french soldier in 1940 on the Maginot Line and have to defend youreself and youre plutoon with a cannon against Army Group C.
