Hello.I got a question about a quest in Gothic 2 . I've took the Eye of Innos from the black seekers ,i went to Vatras,he told me that he needs a replacement.What step should i do next ?
Oh ,one more thing.If it helps,i'm a mercenary.

Look for a smith who can repair the eye.

Bennet is the one you need.
You should free him from prison so he can repair the eye



Edit: oh, the replacement for Vatras, not for the eye? :D See below.

replacement for Vatras? you playing NOTR? if so, you MUST work in Jhankendar and stop raven after you kill the the water mages send "Myxir" to khorinis and then you can tell vatras "i found you a replacement" so then vatras saying: "ok now to the point you need help with the eye of innos?"

Jharkendar is a world?How can i get to it ?

You have to finish Vatras' quest "Where are the missing people" and you'll be admitted into the "Ring of Water" Vatras will then send you to Saturas with a letter, ask Lares to escort you to where Saturas is make sure you got the ornament piece from Lares, then Speak with Nefarius and he will give you the quest to retrieve the other ornament pieces, once you've did that they will forge it into a ring/key to open the portal and there you will find Jharkendar :)

I was to Vatras but he doesen't tell me anithing about the quest you mean.What is this about ?

Maybe you already started the quest? "Where are the missing people"? He should give the quest to you when you first talk with him. Or maybe you playing without Night of the Raven?

He does not need a replacement in the normal Gothic 2,as far as I know.

Well what did Vatras tell you? I haven't played NotR for a while so I think you might have to talk to Lares first?

If i remember well you got to bring Vatras,Pyrokar and Xardas at the circle of sun (in the place where you took the eye from) but only after you took the eye to Bennet to repair it and after you finished Jarkhendar (you can enter Jarkhendar by doing the "Portal" quest that Nefarius gives you).

Nvm,i started the game from the begining,this time i'm a fire magician.I have the quest in the quest log,but i got no idea how to solve it.

Where can i find that Cornelius ?And how about some hints in that quest with the missing people?

Cornelius can be found in the same house as Lord Hagen, he's upstairs.

That quest got me annoyed to but you will eventually get to it, just help Greg out finding that person and when your strong enough pay that Dexter a visit ;)

Thanks for the help.I have freed that Bennet,i killed Dexter,i taken his message,delivered it to Vatras and i joined up with the Ring Of Water.
But now i got another dilema..i gotta join up with some guy called Saturas where can i find him ?

The blue cross marks the entry of the archaeological excavation.
Follow the way through this excavation and you will meet Saturas after a while in a big hall.

I managed to heal the Eye.Now i'm gonna face the dragons.Thank you all for the help.
