Nordmar - All orc camps wiped out - 'Liberate' quest still won't finish

I finished the ancestor stones quests and Kerth gives the 'Liberate Nordmar' quest. I was pretty sure I had already wiped out all of the orc camps, but tried to find any I missed. Finally, I downloaded a map showing all the orc camps in Nordmar, followed it and confirmed that I had taken care of all of the camps.

Is this a scripting bug? Is there any dev code I could use to force it to mark as complete?

(I have the 1.73 patch installed.)

Second, it isn't a scripting bug. To liberate Nordmar from orcs you should wipe out 5 orc camps and owned by Hammer clan big mine.

I can't find any more orcs and I have taken the Hammer Clan mine back too. I've been around Nordmar several times and all orc camps are empty.

I'll try using the two maps posted below next.

It's strange. Try to open your quest log - how much records "Orc camp wiped out!!!" present in the list of finished quests?
Also you may enable test mode, open game console and check for presence of orcs near following waypoints (use goto command):

goto Nrd_OrcCamp_2
goto Nrd_OrcCamp_3
goto Nrd_OrcCamp_4
goto Nrd_OrcCamp_5
goto Nrd_BigMine

Using Larisa's map, I found a camp I had kept missing (SW of Hammer Clan). I finally got the quest done, thanks for the tips.
