Promissory note of Masil Problem

Hi.

I have the latest patch 1.73 installed.
Masil, in Mora Sul, gave me the 'Promissory note of Masil' Quest.

I collected all three notes from Hector, Ilja and Ramon.
From some strange reason Masil still says that he needs
another Promissory note and doesn't give me the Fire Chalice.

My last 'backup' save is way back in the game so returning
4-5 days before this problem is the last resort.

Is there a cheat that can solve this problem ?
I read about the 'give It_Masil_Debt' or 'spawn It_Masil_Debt',
should this solve the problem ?

Did you give Ilja 2000 gold for the promissory note?
There is a bug (with the CP 1.73), that Ilja won't give you the note, if you give him 2000 gold for it.
So you can cheat the missing note with spawn It_Masil_Debt

I have enough money so I decided to keep the Ore to myself.
Gave him the money and I suppose you are right, maybe he didn't
give me the debt so I am missing one.

I'll try this and report later.
