Gothic 1 black cutscenes

I cannot see the cutscenes for gothic 1, they appear black. I tried the gothic.cfg fix scale videos=0 but nothing has helped.

I have vista home premium 32 bit
nvidia 8600 Gt
AMD athlon 64 X2 Dual core processor 4000+ 2.6 GHz
2814 MB of ram
60 GB of hard disc space

Am I the only person with this problem? I have been searching for about 2 hours and I haven't found anything (only cutscene problems with gothic 2) finally I registered an account and went straight to the forum. Please somebody help me.

Run the game with admin-rights:
Right click -> "Run as administrator".

Also, a known solution for such problem is the video scaling. Just edit the gothic.ini file and set scaleVideos=0. The videos will be small, but they will work.
