[Gothic 1] Is it OK to kill Gomez and his goons in chapter 4?

Assuming hes not still invincible. I found a way to get into the Old Camp (as new camp) with the gates down. I turn into a bloodfly and am able to go over part of the wall. Then I go in and slaughter everyone who attacks me (No innocent diggers get harmed. Well...Criminal Diggers that are innocent in this specific incident :) )

Anyway. I worked my way into the castle. I'm killing everyone to get revenge for the slain Fire Mages and what not, but I got to thinking: Am I screwing up any of the last 2 chapters in doing this? Do the gates ever go back up and let me go back inside? Is there a mission to slay Gomez? I don't want to screw up the rest of the game or anything in doing this. So does anyone know if it's OK?

You should leave killing Gomez to next chapters. And don't worry, you'll find a way to the Old Camp.

At the database is written that you be able to kill gommez in chapter 5, not before. But, if you able to kill him, feel free to do so.
One thing i can say for sure, you don´t srew up your game!

Yes xardas will send you to get a armor in chapter 5 where you will find a rune to teleport to the fire mages then you can kill gomez and the whole old camp :D

Unfortunately it doesn't work. Hes still invulnerable. Oh well, You can kill everyone but him and his cronies in his throne room though. Though I did just reach Chapter 5 a bit ago. I got the rune and went into the castle with my sword swingin'. I was pleasantly suprised to see that Piranha Bytes bothered to add scripts for this and not just have it normally. Does anyone besides Stone react to your killing Gomez? No exp from Diego, Milten or anyone else?

Also, I need to get on the tower now. I just tweaked my game with FPS remover and a bunch of other tweaks that make the game look better. I need to look out over the horizon!

actually i hate Gomez's guts in evry dept of my heart. He was the first one who slaugh me. Now hes repaying that over and over.

Old Camp is my favourite, because it has a specific and very great atmosphere, it was like home, to me, everyone had someth to do, or just sit in their huts, and being a guard it was quit good, having your friends, but when it's close, It still remembers me of the old days, in it.....;)

For me all the camps are like home but i was nervous because they consifer me responsible for destruction of the old mine and they all atack you

The thing is that in the end all camps hate you:the guards,the water mages,and the one from the sect that stays near the swampsharks(Gor Na Drak or smth. he attacked me saying that I must pay tribute to the Sleeper)

I like old camp the most. It has the best atmosphere. You feel secure inside those big camp walls.
