Hello WoG Community,

It's been a long time since we've done one of these, since the cancellation of CSI actually. That's mostly because we haven't had much to report since then. However, rest assured that we are still alive and around, and we are still hard at work on our next mod project. After much shuffling around and changes to our lineup, production has been fairly steady these past couple of months, and we think you will enjoy what the upcoming product will bring to the table. The full details of our work isn't quite prepared for "public consumption", so to speak, but expect to hear more about it in the coming weeks.

Well, as you all know, we've recently released our Gothic 1 patch RC, which has been downloaded well over 1500 times, we were thrilled to see the game hasn't been forgotten, in spite of it's age :). We're also aware of the bugs in our G2 patches 1.0a update, and we are working on fixing those. In the meantime, if you are still having trouble, consider a fresh install and a retrograde to patch 1.0. Also, if you wish to use our patches with a non-English copy of G1 or G2, make sure you back up your original ou.bin file, and replace it with the one installed by the patch!

One closing point, we're hiring once again. Check out the Recruitment Thread here (http://forum.worldofplayers.de/forum/showthread.php?t=560820) to see our available positions. If you think you can fill one of the roles we are looking for, send a PM to myself or Tratos, and we will give you an application task and some preliminary guidelines.

Thanks again for sticking with us, and we hope to have some more news for you soon :).

Best Wishes,

Korianous

A question though. Will we see some info of your new project in the next few weeks? A lot of people were looking up CSI, me included and we're curious to see what you've come up with.

That's to be decided. At the moment we don't feel as though we're ready to give out details, but that could change in a few weeks depending on the amount of progress the team makes.

Another thing I forgot to mention, Project UX is finished :). Check it out at: http://www.ironkeepworldwide.com
