Western Volcano teleport stone

I can't find the western volcano teleport stone. One of the threads says that it is on a lizardman priest in the cave. But I've searched the entire cave can't find him.

Is he inside the blue magic barrier of somewhere else?

Thank you! I did saw this but it wasn't in English. Looks like I have to advance to chapter 4 to get the last stone.
