My brother had problems to run it with 8600 GT, so I would say you are not able or perhaps if you set everything off/low from settings with 20...25 frames per second.

No, x550 will not work; the game needs shader model 3 and x550 can only do shader model 2.

Awwh. ): So I'll have to wait till I get my new PC. The worst part is that I have played a bit of the game, but I'd like to continue and all this waiting is killing me. :/
