You could try Dungeon Lords.

You'll have to go with older RPGs with that rig, I guess. Arx Fatalis, Morrowind, all that good stuff.
Two Worlds, think of it as Diablo meets Gothics meets Oblivion.
It fun for the first 20hours after that you'll probably get bored.

I liked Two Worlds more than Oblivion and Gothic 3 :)
Arx Fatalis as Bastardo already said. It's a masterpiece.

You could try Dungeon Lords.
I wouldn't recomend that thing, it's not even a CRPG, it's a hack 'n slash game, nothing like Oblivion, Morrowind or Fable.
If you ask me Dungeon Lords is a failure.

Agree. It's a nice game, and it does not pretend to be a groundbreaking RPG.

I remember hearing promotions of Two Worlds saying it was bigger and badder than Oblivion. Idk about all that, but I agree that it's a decent game, the retarded dialogue and lack of fine tuning did a lot to diminish that though.

I didn't like the game.Too much action for my tastes. Also, the dialog brought back painful memories of resident evil, infernal etc.§grr

's Funny, 'cuz I rate oblivion as a hack&slash.
Ditto for fable (WAY too liniar).
So you could try Sacred 2 (although that too is mostly hack&slash), Titan Quest (same story), Das Schwarze Auge: Drachensang, Divine Divinity 2: Ego Draconis...
Or older stuff, like Icewind Dale 1&2 (hack&slashy), Baldur's Gate 1&2, Planescape: Torment (as if you could ever find that in a store >_>), Fallout 1&2, Neverwinter Nights 1&2 (#2 if your rig can handle it, but I'm leaning towards #1 being the better of the two).

Just watched some videos of Two Worlds,it's just me or it looks like the alpha version of Arcania?

Hmm, if you mean artistic direction, i think it bares some resemblance.
I was just wondering about 2 worlds if it needs any patches?DEFINITELY
Update the game to at least 1.6,the patches are over 1GB so you can imagine how much work they do.

Higher req then Gothic 3 or Assasin Creed?I need a new rpg too so im thinking to buy some games. In my town i can get cheaper from a friend of my dads who distributes them.So if i want too i can get them in an hour.
Idk why people try so hard to download them when they can get them legal at a cheap price(let's face it everyone knows someone who can help them),no cracks,no viruses, with guarantee they won't have troubles with installations, no need of upgrading your antivirus or to fin an activation key.So much trouble for a game.
To bad my mother doesn't have a friend who can sell me computer parts cheaper :p

I don't have such friends.
But then again I never pay more than 15 $ for a game >:3
Two worlds runs slower than G3 (played on the same machine).

Isometric view i think is the right term. I am not a big fan of that either.

I would, honestly I would. Bought a CD once from a store, looked legal and stuff.
I get home, insert the CD and open it, and what do I see? I see a folder "Crack" and an .iso file.
Only way to get a game the legal way in my country is to buy it online. Tratos can confirm my words (if he ever bought a CD here) , and so could mezemphorm since I've been once with him throught the city searching for a legal game :)

Yeah you've said that before and still I dissagree, it's a pretty nice CRPG. Btw. how come you haven't rated Morrowind as a hack 'n slash?
Neverwinter Nights 1&2 (#2 if your rig can handle it, but I'm leaning towards #1 being the better of the two).
NWN1 was way too boring, always the same thing, you get to a city, the city is seperated in 4 districts (maps) you go east, kill kill kill, then west, kill kill kill etc. done with the first world, now to the next, a forest wich is seperated in 4 camps, 1st camp, kill kill kill, 2nd camp kill kill kill etc.
NWN2 is imo the best of it's kind.

Assasin Creed is not RPG, it's an adventure/action game like PoP. One could say that it's a copy of PoP.
Higher req then Gothic 3 or Assasin Creed? No.
I run Two Worlds with most things maxed out on my 7600GT,while my computer struggles with G3 on medium and Assassins Creed becomes a nice looking slideshow when I get to the Kingdom.

Dunno what to say about that. Some people don't have access to a legal game release in their country or the prices aren't affordable for that region. Also a usual computer user won't find it too difficult to work around the games with cracks. The latter ones usually work on some specific templates on which they have to be applied. A common user can addapt himself to such a cracking habit and won't find it too difficult or troubling. Also the cracks aren't a mark of a future in-game instability. Dedicated crackers usually do a fine job.

Very true indeed. A big amount of games, nice tempting cases, but they are all a nice cover for a simple cracked game. Those who want an original game, especially ones which come in gold editions or with various bonuses, are ought to search for it on online stores and buy it from there.

Try the expansions, its a bit better than that.
Same goes for the premium modules.

And *that* is ruining the game industry, even more so than someone just downloading it for personal use.
Divinity 2 won't probably run on your PC
Well, Gamestar tested it this month (managed to buy it last week during my holiday), and the minimum is pretty much this: Pentium D950/A64 X2 3800+ (1.5 GB RAM, 7GB harddrive space) and a Radeon X1800/1900 or HD2900 (Geforce 6600/6800, 7800/7900 and Radeon X1600 are too weak). Oh and it comes with securom §burn.

Divinity 2 on low details runs perfectly on my machine:
Pentium D950 @ 3.0 ghz
1 GB of DDR2 667 mhz
ASUS x1600 silent (256 MB DDR2)
(no overclocking)

Morrowind with all the expansions, Arx Fatalis....that's all I can think of for decent RPG's.
Robotukas
13.08.2009, 20:39
Why you all so like arx fatalis?
Because it reminds Ultima Underworld a lot.
The whole game underground, so the setting gets a big plus.
The magic system is also pretty hip if you ask me so another fat plus.
And the most important thing is: it's nails the atmosphere.
It's not great RPG but it's a great mix of rpg and adventure games.

Yeah it's cool. There's old-school adventure mechanics (and they're actually point-and-clickish :D) and they seem to mix well. Great interaction with the environment too, for its time.
