Hello WoG.de! §wink Sorry for writing in English, I'm not fantastic at German. I'm asking on the German forum because you guys are likely to know more than WoG.com.
So the question is, is there any way I could extract scripts from a Gothic I *.mod file?
Thanks in advance!

The original scripts from Gothic 1 are already in the G1MDK aviable. If you want to extract them of a .mod, you have to use the GothicSourcer. With ist you can decompile the gothic.dat which contains the scripts. GothicSourcer is downloadable in the download area of WoG.de
But doesn't GothicSourcer only read the *.dat files (aka the scripts)? What I want is to know how i can extract the *.dat files of a modification from the *.mod file.
You don't want to decompile the scripts, you just want to extract the .dat file from the .mod file? Oh, that is easy: Open the "GothicVDFS.exe", that ypi can find at "C:\Gothic\Gothic Zeug\Gothic II - Karibik\_work\tools\VDFS". Then you take the "Viewer"-Mode (click on Viewer on the top) and then select your files and press the button "Extract files".
