Mythic dawn problem

i have problem with the quest to find the mythic dawn,i collected 3 books of the mythic dawn comentaries and now i need to talk with the redguard(dont remember name)
and take him with me to the sewers,after i talk to him he stand in his house and do nothing and the quest pointer still show him,i have to follow him to the sewers and i cant cause he dont go anywhere.

maybe its because i waited to long,after i took the 3rd book i forgot about this quest and done other side quests and guild quests.

Yes, as of obtaining the third volume one might experience several problems with Baurus. If you don't get back to him, he might try to reach you by himself, possibly getting stuck in the process. I'd suggest you download the unofficial Oblivion Patch (http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.Detail&id=1417) which solves the problem at the outset. I don't know if it helps when the damage is already done. If not, there are only two other ways I know of: 1. Load a save game from shortly after obtaining the third volume or 2. use the console. However, the latter will cut you out of parts of the main quest and may raise further issues.

i fixed it,the redguard,baurus got stack in one of bravils houses,i assulted him and got arrested,some how he came with me to the castle and then go to the sewer
