Where is Diego(gothic 2)

I am supposed to find Diego and the two knights that are with him for the ore quest, the guys at the camp next to them say to look at the tower but I can't find them!Can anyone tell me where they are?

Look at your map. South of the castle is this horseshoe alcove opening to the left. That's where Diego is. And the two knights. :p

Okay now I got another problem....when I finished the Garond proof thing you are supposed to meet with lester when going to the city(I read that somewhere) but luck has it that I did not meet him and continued playing a long way and saved then I found out about Lester....damn,so now where can I find lester to talk about what was supposed to be said?

you see lester when you kill the first seeker, exiting the VoM... it isnt hard to miss it :P

unless you used teleport right after you pass the door...
he should still be there, pass the dead guards guarding the door to the VoM and keep going you cant miss it

i'm not sure i understand your question... but I try an answer
If you return from valley of Mines and begin third chapter, Lester is near the entrance of Valley (which was protected by two paladins)... he gives a rune to Xardas
later he'll return to the valley under Xardas' tower
