Hi I am trying to get the focus where you transform into a meatbug and get under the thing... but I never transform back.
Do I just need to wait longer? Is there something I have to do to transform back? Is it a bug that I have to patch or defrag my computer?
§welcome to the forum
Just press Enter/Return, then you will transform back.

I looked in the control settings but there was nothing about ending transformation

Yes, first it was a headache for me too. I just pushed every kind of buttons, then I realized enter is the one.
But still, how long does it last? Not sure about G1, but in G2 it's certainly not forever lasting.

Just as a warning, if you level up while transformed you won't get the 12HP bonus. In G2 that is, I'm not sure about G1.

Wasn't the hp-bonus only 10?
In G2 you always get 10 LP and 12 HP. But if you transform into a monster, the monster also will get the HP, so they are lost after you transformed back into the hero.

So it's like I said, right? What about G1?

Then i can declare the existence of a new bug. Although that's (forever lasting) been the case for most times, during my first G2 playthrough, I'd last for only 'bout 20-30 seconds. The same time I had another unique bug, with half monsters and NPC's gone from the beginning.
