fire chalice problem, Markus

Hello fellow gothic fans.
i have a problem with markus and karrypto, markus gave me his chalice when i went to varant. i slayed some orcs, had lunch, and then slayed some more. when i came to karrypto there was no fire chalice dialog. i run gothic 3 with cp 1.6 when i look in my inventory i have 6 fire chalice. what do i do to fix this bug?

Karrypto doesn't have any fire chalice, so it isn't a bug.

sorry, what i mean is that markus asked me to take his chalice to karrypto. but i can not do that.

Should be my fault...I don't read exactly.

Which patch do you have installed?
And a second question: Take a look in your questlog and look, whether the quest from Markus has failed.

its in my quest log as active.
in my title screen it says "rvc 1.6 iv 1.60.29" so that is community patch 1.6 i think

i reloaded an older save game today and re did the whole thing. and i had the same problem.:( does anyone know how to solve it

Are you sure you have took every possible dialog line with both, Markus and Karrypto?

yes i am sure, there are only risk pickpocket and teach me dialogs left

Well, last try, if that not helps i guess you would have to live with the unsolved quest.

Download the attachment and unpack it into your Gothic3\Data\ folder, then test again.

if the finishing of this quest is not importent for the rest of the game then i will live with it.

It's not important, means, you still can finish the game.
