How do you make fire arrows??

I purchased from sebastian in reddock and don't have a recipe or formula to make them what gives? Can u guys help me out on making some fire Arrows

You need a recipe. You can buy it form almost every alchemist.

Even so, don't bother with it.
Afaik, it only creates *one* (1) arrow per use of it.
Maybe it was fixed in one of the community patches, but I don't remember them doing so.

Still, if you're hell-bent on learning it, these blokes can teach it:
