Problem with PhysXLoader.dll

Hi everyone. I`m new here and i allready have a problem with ghotic 3 . It gives me an error that is saying "The Application or DLL D:\Ghotic III\PhysXLoader.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette." I reinstaled the game, directx from CD, patch 1.12,Gothic 3 Community Patch v1.5 and solved nothing. I have not ideea from where is it and what to do to get the game started. I have an AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Proccesor 4600+ and 3Gb of RAM and the video card is an Radeon x1950 PRO 256MB. I don`t think the sistem is to low in resorces. Can you help me deal with this problem? Thanks

Try reinstalling the Physix driver.

I`m affraid that didn`t work. It gives me the same error after installing PhysX_7.09.13_SystemSoftware.

I don't know... from what you've said, the only thing missing is the cpu optimizer from the game's dvd (or amd website). It's shouldn't be related to your problem, but who knows...

What version of Windows do you use?

At least do you have physxloader.dll in you game install folder? 49.152 bytes?
