G1: Kor Caloms Recipe

I read his recipe and it says it starts to make sense if you read it backwords. I read it backwords and doesn't make any sense to me. Even if I could make sense of it would it be of any use?

The only use it has is to fulfill Dexter's quest.

Ahm, Dan, I think he wrote the reverse of the words found in the recipe of Kalom.

I didn't see the post before you edited it, but judging by what he wrote before I guess that's what you removed.

There is a mod called golden mod and if you read cor kalom's recipe (while playing with that mod activated) you can start create potions (and now your diary will be changed with details) and the words now are changed so now it really make sense if you read it backward!

Yes you are right .I don't find any "c" in their alphabet (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gothic_alphabet).
What about the writing from irdorath temple from the bookstaffs?Or this:

I have never tried to read the tablets from notr before learning the languages.Is there a posibillity to read the in "RAW"?
What about gothic 3?i have never played it so i don't know if there is something like that.
I personally think that they might be orchish scriptures.Oterwise how can cor kalom can know about krushak and the temple?

It's just something like the "word painting" technique in music... I guess you've heard Conquest of Paradise (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VJdsCm2PV80) by Vangelis... what in there sounds very Latin-like, it's just mambo-jambo, but it fits very well with the music.

It's not the only Lovecraftian reference in Gothic either; both "Ulthar" and "Beliar" appear in either stories of the Cthulhu Mythos or Lovecraft's own writings. Maybe it's just a coincidence or maybe the PB-dudes are Lovecraft-fans.

Beliar being a derivative or variation of Belial, a name for the devil from actual occultism.

So fhatagn means return then i'm 80% sure that they were inspired by the cthulu mythos because the frase of raven used to summon khardimon

I searched the threads before I posted this and i didnt find anything on it.

In G1 Dexter gives you the assignment of getting a recipie from kalom. when you get it it reads:

Lifrun ak Gharak
Gharak or Nach bin thu,
Lifrun mar orag chiah,
shrunk esp hornith.

on the other side it says: It seems to make more sense if you read it backwards

this has been confusing me quite a bit, ive tried to translate it german to english, forewards and backwards, side to side, up and down. it makes no sense. Please help me, im going insane.
