G2: Joe in Khorinis

In Khorinis there is a tower near Harad's smith and master Torben.When i played Marvin-Mode i went in the tower and Joe started talking me.How i can open a door it without a cheats?Who owns the key?

One of the Militia men has the key, I can't remember wich one, but I got it by pickpoketing.

Hi,
in harbor there is this red latern (f**k house).
inside on first floor is guy named Peck.
kick his but, take the key,
AND when he wakes up, put oblivion spell on him.
(Otherwise he reports you to lard Andre,(you can not acces upperquatter) and you have to go to him and pay 50 golds, and reputation goes down(so they say).)

well for one there is the quest called "Joe" wich you recieve from Hakon,and also if you eliberate him you'll get some experience

You start this in chapter 1 as soon as you've heard of the missing people from Vatras. Simply ask Hakon about them and he'll tell you about Joe.

Well about the missing people IS the Notr, but just the thieve's guild is also not in Notr

When you free Joe, you get 200 XP×chapter. (200 XP in the first chapter, 400 in the second etc)

So i just talk to Vatras and then with Harad,knock down Peck,take his key,put an oblivion spell on him,open the tower,free Joe and then, is it over?

You can also just get the key from Peck and free Joe, you don't have to talk to Vatras and Hakon to get the XP. :)
When you ask Hakon after missing people in Notr, you get the quest "Joe", but this isn't necessary to free him.

well, yes. :)
after you free him, it takes a while for him to get to harbour's pub, so you should talk to him when he gets there. If you are in thiers guils he gives you picklocks, I believe. That's all I know so far...

How long it takes?And then get key for the thieves guild?usually i just walk trough the door by using marvin-mode.

When you are so far from Joe, that you can't see him anymore, he'll be spawned at the tavern, so he can get there very fast.

The key for the thieves guild you get from Attila, he appears...
a) when you bring Nagur, Rengaru or Halvor (or two or three of them) into prison, then you have to kill Attila.
b) when you help Nagur, Rengaru and Halvor, then Attila gives you the key.
Nagur: Ask Kardif for work and then for "special work", then he sends you to Nagur, who gives you a quest. (but not if you have already joined the militia/firemages)
Rengaru: Talk to Jora, he gives you the quest to bring him his gold back, what Rengaru has stolen.
Halvor: In this (http://mondgesaenge.de/G2ADB/index.htm?data=data_orte.js&id=o_25) cave near Akil's farm you can find a paper. You can either give it Andre or Halvor.

He's member of the thieves' guild, so you get some picklocks, when you show him its sign. And you get XP for freeing him, so he is also part of a quest.
