Shouldn't the paladin karlen be outside Nemora? Where is he?

On a separate note. Does anybody else think this game needs ships/sailing/whaling missions, a horse, and a MUCH better combat system. Something with move for move blocking. Also, I hate that the hero holds a two handed sword by the blade. I hope he's wearing thick gloves. How about a brave heart type stance? Hold it like it's meant to be held. In addition, how would anyone feel about a throwing option? Knives and the like but also maybe an axe later on down the road? Just getting it off my chest.

The combat system is well, it's just that, Gothic 3's crappy combat system. It obviously needs much improvement. There is a thread that discusses it if I'm not wrong.

Throwing and horses and other stuff like that, reminds me of Morrowind and Oblivion, and that's what I like about Gothic, it different then TES and other games.

Personally I would prefer it if they had kept things simple, like in Gothic 1.
