Does the orc elites still drop dragonroots?... I killed few of them and still havn't found a single one

They only drop dragon roots in Gothic 2 Classic, in NOTR not.

So it looks like that I'll have much more King's Sorrels than Dragonroots.... hmmm what shall I do with them...
Is there another way to obtain dragonroots except finding/buying them?

some merchants will have some of them for sale..
Vatras can also give you a king sorrel in a quest from chapter 2.

and i don't think you will have so many more king sorrels.

With most of them you can make str. potions ( dragonroot +king sorrel) and any excess king sorrels can be eaten in chapter 6 for extra hp.

In g2 classic i had the same number of king sorrels and dragonroots dunno about notr.

There are 13 dragonroots and 25 king sorrels in the game, (two dragonroots and two king sorrels you can't get until the last chapter) so that there must be 12 king sorrels left. You could make dex-potions of them.
