Demo Won't Run

I get a Error Message Unable to locate Component d3dx9_29.dll
I downloaded latest DirectX 9.0c, Like i was advised, Still same Message!
Redownloded the Demo 3 times???????????§burn

Every thing on my PC is up to date!! And it is a VERY high End PC! Should Run ANY Game!!!!

This error is mostly caused because of the directx-version you use, try this DX:

Now Dx wants me to selrct a location to run it?? I have no idea where to put it!:o
