My system:
Amd Athlon 1700+
512 RAM
video geforce 5900xt

So, does anybody know what's to modify in the .ini file so I can get some extra fps. Doesn't matter if the game looks bad, I only want it to wark at 30fps. Thank you.

I found these on the JoWood Forum:

I don't know whether they are any good, but it can't hurt to try.
However I think that with 512 RAM you don't have much hope. I have 1 GB and I can tell you that reducing the texture size helps with the sluttering issues.
You should also search there for some other shader files(the ones with .fx extension).

OK, so i'll buy another 512 Mb ram. But how do I reduce those textures? I got the game and it runs at 15 fps or so. I can play it at 1024x768, because my little graphic card has a 256 bit bandwidth. It also supports shader 2.0, so it looks fine, but I need to increase the viewing distance. How do I do that, without lagging the game even more? For now, all I can say is that the game looks very good, and I'm allready a big fun ( I have played numerous times the other 2 gothics of course), but I need some extra fps. Please reply if you have a solution.
