[ Patch request ] New-gen animations for running, walking, sitting, idle, torch holding etc.

Hi,
Unfortunately I know almost nothing about gothic modding, so cannot do it myself - moreover I am more, than occupied creating Risen Land Of Undead DLC mod https://www.nexusmods.com/risen/mods/10.

I would love to see some NINJA new animations patch for Gothic 1 /2 notr because game has lots of replayability atm. but still has old clunky animations, which I don't like... Maybe someone could work on 3-5 new animations and upload them in form of patch?

I am actually very suprised, that there is no animation mod for Gothic yet...

Those I would love to see are:

- walking
- running
- standing idle
- sitting
- holding the torch

Hey Czarny,

there is a lot of new animations available in different mods. A famous one among these is "Returning 2.0 – Alternative Balancing", which itself picks a lot of content from different sources. Following this link (https://themodders.org/index.php?topic=30174.0), you can get them via "Anims&DynamicModelsMix" and "StaticModelsMix" as well as the specific Animation files.

Unfortunately nobody really knows if and when it will be released. It would also be a nice addition for the Gothic Reloaded Mod.
