Das Spiel startet nicht

Hallo Leute, ich habe hier auf einmal ein Problem mit dem Spiel Gothic II Nacht des Raben (Windows 7). Das Spiel startet auf einmal nicht mehr, obwohl es vorher ging. Ich bin schon in dem Kapitel wo ich eine Mannschaft fürs Schiff suchen soll. Ich habe jedoch keine Änderungen oder sonstwas in letzter Zeit am PC durchgeführt.

Das Problem: Ich klicke auf die start datei exe. Nichts passiert. Und das wars auch schon. Im Task manager wird mir auch nichts angezeigt. Es passiert einfach garnichts wenn ich das Spiel starten möchte, es startet nicht mehr. Mit "Nichts passiert mehr" meine ich jetzt aber auch nicht dass mein PC sich aufhängt oder freezed. Das passiert nämlich auch nicht. Es passiert einfach garnichts, wenn ich diese Datei ausführe.

1. Wo kann ich nachprüfen ob meine Treiber aktuell sind? Und welche Treiber überhaupt?

einfach bei Ausführen ( bei xp unter start und bei win 7 einfacvh unter start eingeben) gibst du dxdiag ein und speichertst die dxdiag auf dem rechner und lädst die hoch treiber kann man da auch ablesen. lad die einfach mal hoch

Aber wenn ich neu installiere muss ich ja von vorne beginnen :O
Zu dem Patch: es lässt sich nicht installieren, weil keine passende hardware gefunden oder so ähnlich.

Bei dir im Gothic 2 verzeichnis gibt es einen save ordner dort drinne ist ein gelber Ordner Savegame 1-15 oder so den kopieren und woanders speichern und dann neu installieren und anschließend wieder einsetzen fertig

Auch nach mehrmaliger neuinstallation ging es nicht. Selbst ohne add-on oder andere patches (einfach nur gothic 2), lässt es sich nicht starten. Alles was passiert ist dass der mauszeiger ca. 5 sekunden zur sanduhr wird und das dvd laufwerk paar sekunden rattert. Danach nichts, als ob ich die datei garnicht ausgeführt hätte. :(

Ggf. blockiert hier nur ein anderes Programm den Spielstart.

Bei mir hat das Spiel erst nach der Installation des gothic_vdfs_patch geklappt. Auch Win8!
