Modder needed - a new rune

can anyone here can create a file which will insert a new rune in the game that

1.does 500 damage
2.needs 50 mana
3.no magic circe need to use
4.the magic has to look like ball lighting or something
5.the price u can decide on ur own

well as i know to be a moderator of a web u need to know how to modify the game that is rule number 1 in www.rtw.heavengames.com so i think thats ruler 1 here to. anyway we will see i dont think that inserting a new rune in the game would be difficult in "rome total war" i insterted a whole new armies what difficult would be one rune

the third think its not so impotant its called "little brain" its notr really nesesary only if u want faster work

and when u will make the rune give to it a long range like "concusion bolt" and make it to look like "fire arow" rune name it "wrath of innos"

....ok now since the loook of the rune is finished work now where we will place it

1.xardas will give it to the hero after Lester told him about the dragons
2.give it to a merchant
3.think something we must find a place for the rune any ideas are welcome but the rune must be available to hero no matter what he becomes :m ercenary,fire mage,militia

Please be a bit more patient, think of that he do this voluntary, or do you pay him? ;) :D ... anyway, nobody forces him to write such things for you, it's just a favour he do for you.

Patience is a virtue. I don't want to say this but i have alot of things to do and little free time available ;)

Anyway, i hope you like what i did. Thanks to Milgo(from the German section) for suggesting that it's better to edit a rune instead of adding a new one.
I did all that you wanted except the fact that you will only receive it when you talk with Xardas after you restore the Eye's power at the Circle of the Sun...besides that, there is no other place to find it or learn it, etc.

If there are bugs then post them in here and i will fix them. ;)
PS : i didn't tested how it looks the description in the Starter :scared: and the installer is sadly in german, but the mod is all in english.

After you replaced the exe (http://rapidshare.de/files/16960803/Gothic2.rar.html)(look in [Gothic Folder]/system/) you just have to install the Gothic Starter (http://www.bendlins.de/temp/gothic2_playerkit-2.6e.exe) and then install the Rune-Mod (http://rapidshare.de/files/21808461/Rune-Mod.exe.html)

no i have already toll u that many times but thats not the problem i have installed patches in many other games here i explain u somethig

1.i replace the "EXE"
2.install player KIT
3.install the rune mod
4.replace the exe with the old ones the game starts but there is no difference from the old one

i have tryed without "option 4" it writes insert cd and the damn cd is in the damn CD-room what should i do

It's not that simple.

I'm sorry but i can't give any support for illegal software. I won't give you a warning because it was my mistake. I should have remembered that you don't have a legal copy and should have mentioned this before making the rune.
In this situation i can't help you because :
1. Officialy version 2.7 doesn't support modification and i'm not surprised that it didn't worked
2. You have illegal software.

if you know that you have illegal software at least don't ask for special stuff like modifications or support. It will only lead me into doing things that i don't want to do like warnings or even worse.
