Gothic 3 patch 1.75 memory problem

Hello. I have a strange problem since I installed gothic 3 with 1.75. I set everything on maximum, game runs almost smoothly, but in 20-30 minutes of playing, i get an error which gets me out of game (something with short on memory). I have windows 7 32 bits with 4 gb ram, 3 ghz dual core and ati hd 3800 1 gb vram. If i set everything to medium or low, I get no such problems. What should i do to be able to play on maximum setting without errors? Thanks in advance!

The strange fact is, when i had 1.74 patch installed, the game runned with many freezes, like every 3-4 seconds, when i had details on maximum, but still it did not crash. Now, with latest patch, if i run on maximum settings, i barely experience any freeze, but still, after 30 mins, i get this low memory error.

In addition, when i load a game more than 2 times on a sesion(i mean without quitting gothic 3 1.75), i get an error with where is the guru, which gets me out of the game. Fortunately, my saves do not get corrupted, but still, it is an inconvenient bug, considering it takes about 5 minutes to start the game again and load the save.

Gothic 3 requires some good rams,video cards etc.
As i seen you have enough performances to run the game perfectlly.
BUT in this patch 1.75 they changed a bit the video problems ( there were a lot in 1.74) practically the BUGS so this game is hard to play smoothly on maxim.
I play the game on high with 1024 resolution (no problems).
SO this game can't be played without some small problems.
My advice ... turn off some perfomances of the game (not more) and you will be fine enough.

But, should not the game lag/freeze a lot if i am using this game on settings higher than he can keep? I mean, nothing happens, everything runs smoothly in this game, untill i get this error. Very strange..

Maybe 1.74 was stuttering because it would 'delete' all the bytes it dynamically allocated to memory once it no longer required them, but a lot of deleting would be done at once, so the game temporarily froze. In 1.75, I guess they just don't 'delete' so many bytes any more so the freezing no longer occurs. In other words, they introduced a major memory leak into G3 with 1.75.

At least that's the only thing I can think of to explain the problem you describe.

I fixed this by reinstalling everything and unchecking the increased visibility option in the QP and CM installations.

I thought my pc could handle that since I can play skyrim on ultra. Oh well I can at least play now.
