I have a question. There were a few suggestions for a story forum, today I noticed the following ---> http://forum.worldofplayers.de/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=108
why is that all in german?? I think we need something like that in english too! We are writing a lot of stories lately. What do others think?

That's the german story-forum :p
And you cannot compare the high number of german users with us :D ;)
And that is why the story-forum idea came to some of you...because I think you saw that german story forum :)

Even if have are less members than the german forum i think we have enough members who write great storyes, so i also think that a story forum will be great.

Well i dont think that a story subforum is nedeed in this moment, maybe if you write more stories they will make you a subforum, but now there are only a few stories so you keep writing ;)

you said it yourself - LATELY, what will you do after some time, when it won't be so many stories? i like stories, but i don't think that story forum is really needed:rolleyes:

I agree, maybe later we won't write so much but at the moment, there is quite a lot of writing and there are a lot of story threads in Gothic Discussion subforum, but stories aren't really discussion, right? We could try and then if the forum would die...:(

I think that a few topics in the peanuts is enough for the moment, it's only been a few months since the help forum was made...

I didn't think that my sugestion about the story forum in the "Everyday discution" thread it will transform in a poll someday.... :D
I don't have anything about stories, but my sugestions were made because in the "Gothic discussion" forum are a lot of stories and some of them don't have the word "story" at the title, and in my opinion all this belongs in Peanuts forum. From some time the only activity in Discussion are linked about the stories.
Actually I don't read them and I prefer a Story forum just to not enter there no more. No hard feelings.........

A story forum? Well I'm new here so manybe my vote shouldn't count, or not carry all that much weight, but I vote no to a story forum. The reason being that I've seen things like this tried before and they always end up dying. Wasted space.

Now something like what Spawn is talking about, where anything created by Gothic fans, from stories, art, RPGs and poetry I think would be a good idea, and that is something that I think would work very well. I'm all for something like that.

@Gor_Na_Drak the fact that you are new here doesen't mean that you don't have the right to vote, since you are as much a member of our community as any other member. So, if you think the story forum shouldn't exist, vote :)
