I have a problem I'm with the Hashishin's . There's a quest to kill all of the water mages , but Vatras siting in the jail in Lago and Fabios has the key. I want to kill Vatras so I just tell him the situation (Fabio) but he don't gave me the key. I wnet back to Mora Sul to tell about this to Gonzales. He said that I can do anything just get lost from the water mage. And if I want to get the key from Fabio he simply dies from the last hit (with sword normally) and then whole Lago is after me. Is there a solution to have this key or I just need to liberate the city?

You can use the perk "Knock down".
There you have to stay behind Fabio and hit it with a long left-click by using a blunt weapon.
He should be get down without any damage and then you can take his key from his inventory.

Another opinion is to use the perk "pickpocketing".

but of course the "Knock down" perk how could i forget it?? probably because i'm a mage, but np i will learn the perk

No! what a waste as a mage... use knock down head arrows on him while no one sees you (cause if they do they will think you murdered him, so lure him from npcs range of view) to know him down and take the key. or try to poison him when his health really low.

it's to late now but np next time i will do what did you say before. it was only 4 lp:P to learn knock down "perk" . next time I will use a "transfer disease" spell and headknock arrows to get the key:P:)

In G3 without cp's installed, you could jump from the side of the hill
onto/into Vatras' jail and then slay him, but I could never bring
myself to kill the water mages. Why kill the cranky old coot:D
