When you enter the sewers of Khorinis(where the thieves guild are) go in it through the sea and just when you enter go to the left. There should be dark room in there with a few rats and chest. In that chest you will find it

Ps : take with you some lockpicks.

How much damage does the bow inflicts and how much dexterity does it needs?

Value: 400;

Thanks :) I kinda expected better, I'm bulking up my dexterity at the moment for Ash Bow
