DEX needed to pickpocket Hanna at Khorinis

Gothic 2, Night of the Raven expansion

I gave Hanna the ledger robbed from the shylock and now want it back, but my current DEX of 69 does not give my ability to pickpocket her (and other 18 NPCs at the Game, including the Valley of the Mines.
So at what DEX level would I be able to pickpocket her and the remaining non-picketed NPCs

I am about to enter chapter 3 now.

I've always done it this way - robbed the book and then gave it to the ones, I could buy from. Hmm.. How could I explain. Let's say you give the book to Thorben, then you ask if he has any more picklocks for you, and then you buy the book back from him. And then give it to Coragon and after that, you'll buy it back from him. Finally, you give the book to Hannah.

You need 45 DEX to pickpocket her, but you don't get the book, you get 25 gold (it seems to me that you already have pickpocket here).
You should give the book to Coragon and Thorben first, because you can buy it back from them.
If you already gave them the book, you don't need it anymore.

The person you need most DEX to pickpocket is Diego (120 DEX).

If you have a prior save game I would recomend reloading so you can give Lehmar's ledger to Thorben and the owner of the pub in korhinis (can't believe I forgot his name) since they both have inventories you can buy it back from each of them and give it to Hanna last...otherwise beat her up, take the ledger and cast oblivion on her. On the Dex note, i'm not sure but somewhere around the mid to upper 70's should do the job.

Thanks. When I learned the skill I started to pickpocket everyone and as I increased my DEX I returned to the ones I couldnt steal. However, I stayed quite a while during chapter 2 at the Valley of the Mines, and meanwhile increased my dex to 69.

By the way, will I still be able to pickpocket the keys to the chest in the island in front of the harbor island

You aren't able to pickpocket this key (under no circumstances).

Try looking at G2DB -www.mondgesaenge.de/G2DB - there are all NPC's and how much Dexterity you need to pickpocket them:)
