I have a question:
After the release of the mod will you continue the team continue the work on the campaign or it will remain in this stage. No offense, I love your work, but improvements can be made. For example the orcs should have a more muscled body, the desert factions should have turbans, the vanilla campaign offered a unit wich looked more like the nomads then the actual nomads from GIII ( I am talking about the egyptian desert archers), plus the desert factions should have darker skin. Also are you planing on placing more banners on the units, for example on the spears of the cavalry units, pikemen for Myrtana, the ring of water being more like a guild (or a crusading order like in vannila) wich allous for factions under the faith in Adanos to recruit troops of the "Ring".Also are you planning on adding cannons (Khorinis had cannos in it's system of defence, even though they act as if they don't have them), if not you should atleast let cannon towers available in the building browser of some factions...
here is an example of banners for cavalry units:
I think that is all for now I think , as for the rest .

Mmh, Well 200 bots in Mount and Blade is pretty heavy. It's not like medieval total war, they actually have their own AI, if not very bright... Also, there is a moddable multiplayer.
That doesn't change the fact that the performance sucks.

I have a question, and that is what factions are represented with the last two symbols, skeletons in love and the Alliance of Evil ?

Undead of Beliar?
The other one, no idea.

The undead thingy is probably a pirate flag.

Are you going to add several types of rebels? Like Orcish rebels, human rebels, goblin rebels or w/e. I mean, you could, you have very few factions anyway.
Oh and how about Bandits, please make them a playable faction. They seem cool.

Yes, there will be much several rebel-factions. Not only units from different "normal" factions, also some complete new units, especially for the rebel-faction.
Also some little groups from Gothic are represented in the rebel-faction, for example the Undead.
-
How about bandits? I hope to see them as a playable faction.
Btw, how do you deal the dragons?
-
Nope, Bandits, which are from the rebel-faction, won´t be playable.
Dragons:
Only over events + scripting.

Some test laps still left, mainly in terms of balance, but I think that it will not take all too long.

Is it me or do those units look amateur compared to units from TATW?
-
It is me or i forget the challenge and the resbonsibility to create better units than any other modification has?
But - no problem - you can make the best looking units of the M2-Modification World for us.
Thanks and have fun

Ah, nice to see the "eyecandy-fanatics" have finally found their way over here
It isn't all about the looks, other things like gameplay are also counting.
And that the units are having a different style then the shimmering plates of Gondor or so are having just proves that we are not copying Third Age.
Furthermore, Third Age was created by a group of modders, which have (at least in part) already been modding Rome. Thus, they are having a lot of experience in comparison to us. I, for instance, have started modelling roughly about a year ago, and I was no texturer until March 2010.
Also, it depends upon what you compare.
Comparing our units to those that are currently working in TA's Eriador (those from 1.4, not the new ones that will come in 2.0), I'd say we have the better-looking units.
But, as Amon already said, if you have enough experience to judge whether or not a unit looks amateur, perhaps you are then able to help us out of this mess and deliver us the best-looking units the world has ever seen.

I think it looks nice enough.
What I felt dragged down the total war games in general, is AI. (speaking about M2TW and ETW).
On a campaing lvl, very many of the fights (especially ETW) will be against single battalions. If you auto-resolve you will loose shockingly many troops (often almost as much), when you really could do it with next to zero losses, but if you do it yourself it quickly turns into a chore, cause it consumes so much time. Those battle's are rarely very fun to play, but necesarry to avoid unecesarry losses.
Pathfinding is a problem. It's better in ETW, but the terrain is also much more challenging, often ending up being equally frustrating. ETW has full of fences, and enterable buildings, that can really mess it up.
In both cases, stationing troops on walls or pull them out, can be quite frustrating.
Charging was especially frustrating in MW2, and in ETW musketeers could sometimes wait a long time just for one guy to finish reloading. Also, they should reload whenever they had the chance, rather than wait until they had an enemy to shoot at.

Wasn't complaining, just saying. I couldn't care less for that. As if i fight my fights zoomed in, from a distance it won't even be noticed
