And also,the temples of the ancient ones are they like sttlements too or what?

For Medieval 2 Kingdoms, not for Rome ^^
And you can play it also with the english Medieval 2 - Version, but the speech of the Mod was German.

But one question,how did you managed to make the mercenary units walk trough the mountains(yeas I know,the Portal),but how did you achieve this in a Total War game .
About the emptyness of the map,you could try to insert some permenant forts,especially in Varant and Myrtana .
What Medieval 2 Total War culture will you give the orcs,nomads and nordmarians (I mean for the hashishin middleeastern,for myrtana northeuropean,for the eastern islands and Jhakendar most probably mesoamerican?) ?

We're glad you like it. We didn't post it here on the WOG yet because we want to leave this honor to its creator, Pausenclown, who ran through all Gothic games (including Forsaken Gods(!)) to take Screens for portraits and reference for textures and models.
You will encounter many screens and videos from the actual game during the campaign. We have screens taken from the games in building descriptions etc.

Well, to make it short, via script .
There will only be one army of the mercenaries spawning over there and at the beginning of the game, Jarkhendar is not accessable via the sea, but this will change during the game. So the mercenaries, which are actually the only faction in Jarkhendar (are they? ) will have problems in this rich and save area.

Those permanent forts are already inserted for Myrtana, you can see them in the map preview. And there will be some for varant to come either with the Assassins or the Nomads

Well, you can change everything except for battlemap settlements.....

The permanent forts are actually permanent farms that look like a village on the battlemap.

There isn't a tutorial on how to mod settlements because battlemap settlements CANNOT be modified, as I said in my last post.
We have the temples in as settlements and also the ore furnace (which will be present as a building in its settlement- the camp that guards one of its entrances).

RTS game.With units like orcs,rebels or others(that would also depend by which Gothic we're talking about).Ohh,and the special unit:NAMELESS HERO!Don't really know about maps though,the world in the RPGs is not big enough for a RTS,I think.
It's not like it sounds great for me but how would it be like?

Well,some kind of hero,like it is in a few RTSs.And it could also have experience based on how many kills he performed and a skill tree.
If we talk about an Arcania RTS it could be the good new hero and the bad old hero also.You could play as both in different campaigns.

We don´t have the permission to use music from GIII.
