It will be a hard job to win over the orcs. I look forward to it. I'm happy that the old controls will be avalible for fighting. Because i hate that left
click-atack and right click - defense. It just sucks in Dungeon Lords . I like complex fighting systems.

i find this "fighting for the orcs" thing a little out of place in gothic. i mean, after 2 games of orc ass kicking the hero suddenly sufferes a change of heart and decides to help these bastards? no! i will kill every god damn orc i will find! if i won't be satisfied, i'll re-install G2 and kill the little orc fukers in that one too! the hero is human. how can he turn on humans? and for orcs? s**t man, now i'm pissed!

Just keep cool !!!
The orcs a one of six groups you can join, you see, you have 5 ass-kicking humangroups, nobody will force you to join the orcs, you can do as you want (thats one big thing in gothic games).
Also I believe, they figure out a good reason to join the orcs.

Theres no reason why not, Lee, Gorn and Torlof will be there, or maybe you mite have to be in a group with ur ship-mates to start with

no i mean as a guild to yoin. The PB said that there will be rebels, orcs, orc hunters, wood folk.....and nothing about mercs

Maybe you can join them all. Or, at least do some guests for many of them. I think, if it will be no mercs, it will be something similar. And I wonder on which side Xardas will be - with orcs or with people. I hardly believe, that he can be just alone necromanser like in G1+2.

Xardas has allways been pulling the strings like a puppet-master. Really we have been his errand boy since we first ran into him. I wouldn't be surprised to see him carrying on his old habbits.It's the sign of a real mastermind. I wouldn't be surprised to see him gaining every possible benefit from the chaotic situation in the mainland.
