The PC_Hero.d file is located in the Scripts/NPC folder. As the tutorials say, scripts are edited with a Text-Editor. I personally use Crimson Editor, but any of them should work. It would help if you got it to highlight Daedalus syntax, a plug-in for this is available on the WoG downloads page.
