I found 2 books named "The Chronicles of Dominance". But I can't read them because "I'm not ready for that"
What are these about?

And did anyone run into Ugluz Potbelly yet in FG? He's apparently of no import also.

Afaik, from Vengard, go to Faring. Turn left on the road where you can see some ogres. Ugluz should be among them.
