Now everything became clear. It shall be, since the Intel GMA 3000 video kernel (integrated into an Intel Q965 chipset) doesn't support pixel shaders version 3.0 - read this article in the Wikipedia. Therefore, you should install a Community Patch version 1.74, in which a support of pixel shaders versions 1.4 and 2.0 wasn't removed.

Sorry, but I can't help you because your integrated video card is too crappy to run Gothic 3. I can recommend you to buy any not too cheap NVIDIA video card because many ATI video cards have a problems with shadows in G3.
